I got request that needs to translate the alphabet name to Katakana name.
So I show you an answer.(Daabay)
"Daabay" is not such popular in Japan, so there are not precedent I could find.
The Katakana below is my own transration from the sound production I imaged.
Read "Point To Notice" befor you use the Katakana.
In Japanese Katakana letter "Daabay".
